ANY INFRACTIONS OF THE FOLLOWING RULES MAY LEAD TO A FORFEITURE (AND POSSIBLY ADDITIONAL FEES) OF SECURITY DEPOSIT

-A $300 refundable deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver is required before check-in.
- No food is allowed in the living room.
- No moving furniture without written permission
- No changing programming or reconfiguring of any TV`s, iPads or SMART home systems
- ABSOLUTLEY NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND PROPERTY
- Any event with more than 12 guests must be disclosed to and discussed with owner.
- If guest does not check out by 10am (unless otherwise agreed to in writing) the minimum fee is $300/hr and guest may lose entire security deposit
