The Home Summit Paradise is a spacious mountain retreat designed for memorable gatherings. Set at the very top of The Reserve, it offers sweeping views of Bear Lake and the surrounding valley from nearly every room. With seven bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms spread across three levels, the home provides comfort, privacy, and room for everyone to unwind.
The main floor features a stunning gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, a large living room with a gas fireplace, and a dining area that opens to a massive deck overlooking the lake. The master suite sits on this level with a king bed, walk in closet, freestanding tub, and walk in shower, along with private access to the deck. A half bath, laundry room with an additional refrigerator, and access to the three car garage complete the main level.
Upstairs, a spacious loft creates a second gathering area for games and relaxation. A hidden door leads to a kids playroom that feels like a secret hideout. This level includes two queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large bunk room with seven double beds, perfect for cousins and late night laughter.
The lower level offers a third living space with a gas fireplace and walk out access to the patio and backyard. Here you will find a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, two bathrooms, and a bunk room with four double beds. It is an ideal setup for families who want their own corner of the home.
Step outside to enjoy the large grassy yard, fire pit, and benches that overlook the lake below. The upper deck includes outdoor couches, sun loungers, and a gas grill, while a spiral staircase connects the deck to the patio for easy flow between levels.
Guests have full access to all indoor and outdoor spaces. Pets and smoking are not permitted. Your privacy is always respected, and help is only a message away if you need anything during your stay.
Guest Access Guests have full access to the entire home, including all three levels, every bedroom, each living area, the gourmet kitchen, the loft and hidden kids playroom, and the lower level family room. The large upper deck, lower patio, grassy backyard, fire pit, and outdoor seating areas are all yours to enjoy. You will also have access to the three car garage, the laundry room with an additional refrigerator, and all outdoor spaces connected by the spiral staircase.
Your stay includes full use of The Reserve amenities. Enjoy the private beach, two swimming pools, hot tub, clubhouse, sports court, playground, and exercise room. Parking is available in the garage and on the driveway. Pets and smoking are not permitted.

Neighborhood Summit Paradise is located in the exclusive Reserve Gated Community in Fish Haven, Idaho. This 750-acre private community offers stunning mountain views and access to Bear Lake`s turquoise blue waters. Residents and guests can enjoy a variety of year-round activities, including private beach access, hiking, water sports, and snowmobiling. The community features amenities such as two pools, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, a clubhouse with a workout facility, and a splash pad. It`s a short drive to marinas, restaurants, and a golf course, making it the perfect place for a vacation home or nightly rental, providing endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation.

Important Notes We are committed to protecting our property and the safety of our future guests, our neighbors, and the property owners. As such, we require all guests to complete a guest verification form prior to being able to access the apartment. This guest verification form includes uploading a government ID, taking a selfie, and signing a short-term rental agreement. House Rules The Guest agrees to abide by the following house rules and understand that any violation of the following rule may result in extra fees and/or cancellation of the booking without refund. Violation of any of these rules may result in an admin fee of $50 added to any other lost item, damage, extra cleaning or incidental fees associated with the violation per violation incident.
Tobacco, Alcohol and Drug Usage 1. No Smoking, Vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property. 2. No illegal substances of any kind anywhere on the premises. 3. Smoking of any kind in or near the property will result in a minimum of $250 cleaning fee and eviction from the property without refund.
Being a Good Neighbor 1. No Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor, or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, or the like. 2. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 8am. 3. Be respectful of neighbors. 4. Do not have more guests than stated on your reservation and no unapproved visitors. There is a $50 per night fee for every guest not listed on the reservation. 5. No loud music or disturbances. Especially after quiet hours which start at 10:00 PM 6. Do not use shared amenities outside of their posted allowed time frames. 7. Do not park in any assigned parking spaces that have not been assigned to the guest. Do not park anywhere parking is not allowed. The owner is not respondible for damage, or costs incurred due to improper parking.
Check-In and Check-Out 1. The check-in form with attached photo government ID an photo of responsible party must be filled out before arrival. The Guest will not be sent the door code at the designated check-in time unless this form is filled out properly. Incomplete check-in forms may result in cancellation of the reservation. Reservations cancelled less than 5 days before check-in due to an incomplete check-in form are not subject to refund. 2. Early check-ins can never be guaranteed prior to the day of check-in at 11:00 AM. Confirmation of early check-in will be sent in writing via SMS, Email or the booking channel’s messaging platform between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the check-in day. The cost for early check-in is $10 for every full hour early that both parties agree on. 3. Standard check-in is any time after 4:00 PM 4. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Due to cleaning requirements, we cannot offer late check-outs. The owner reserve the right to charge $75 for every 30 minutes after 11 AM for unapproved late check-out. 7. Please follow check-in and check-out instructions as detailed in messages sent via the booking channel, text message and listed in the guidebook. 8. The unit is equipped for self-check-in and the Owner will not be present during the check-in process.
Pets 1. Pets are not allowed.
Caring for the Property 1. Do not leave vomit, blood, or feces in the apartment. Any extra cost for cleaning any of these biohazard substances will be charged to the guest. 2. Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilet. 3. Do not put oil, grease, bones or any other non-water-soluble items down the drains. 4. Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. 5. Run the kitchen sink disposal every time food waste goes down the drain. 6. Plumbing repair costs will be passed on to the guest. 7. If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. 8. Any items removed from the property, broken, destroyed, or lost will be replaced at the guest’s cost. Some costs include: $50 - TV Remote $75 - Amenities fob $10 - Batteries from apartment devices such as door locks, remotes, smoke detectors, security devices, etc. 9. Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. 10. Always lock the door. We want you and your things to be safe. 11. Do not place diapers or other garbage in the hallway or breezeway. Follow all apartment complex rules for garbage disposal.
