* Please note: the waterfront is not suitable for swimming due to a rock ledge and strong current. It does, however, offer beautiful views, as well as opportunities for fishing and boat watching near the locks along the Trent-Severn Waterway.

We’re happy to host guests with dogs.

Please review the following guidelines:

• $75 non-refundable pet fee per pet, per stay
• 2 dogs maximum - under 70 lbs
• No pets on furniture or bedding
• Pets must be house-trained
• Do not leave pets unattended in house
• Please clean up after your pet - place pet waste in bags, tied closed then place in the garbage
• Guests accept full responsibility for their pets and any associated damages or disturbances
• Any excessive cleaning, damage, or pet hair may result in additional charges

Suggested Items to Bring:

• Bathing suits (for spa use)
• Sandals for outdoor use
• Sunscreen and bug spray (although we do provide some as well)
• No parties or events
• Access to the property is limited to guests included in the booking
• No smoking indoors or near entryways
• Please respect neighbours and keep noise at a reasonable level
• Watch children at all times around cold plunge and waters edge

Pet Policy:

We’re happy to host guests with dogs - no other animals, please.

• $75 non-refundable pet fee per pet, per stay
