Integrated to this space is a full equipped kitchen with granite counter top and high standard equipment: Microwave, blender, toaster, large fridge with freezer, gas stove and dish washer.

Los Balcones is a quiet and beautiful ocean and beachfront residential located in Sosua, overlooking Playa Alicia and the Atlantic Ocean, all of which offers comfort away from away. The condo is a 2 bedroom located on the 1st floor with a balcony and a view overlooking the ocean, the garden and the beach. The complex offers 24 hours security service, back-up generator, private free parking area, pool and Jacuzzi (that is not heated but has bubble features and lights). Fine dining restaurants, bars, banks and supermarket are walking distance.

Guest policy: This complex does not allow external guests, rather a family oriented complex. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please let us know before confirming the booking.

Additional notes:

- A one-time cleaning fee of USD $30 is added to all reservations at the time of booking. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of USD $30 per each additional week will be due and will be collected through a reservation modification.

- Check-in window frame is from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Check outs at 11am.

- Early check-in (before 3:00 PM) and late check-in (after 5:00 PM) are available upon request, subject to availability, and incur an additional fee of USD $20.

- Late check-out (after 12:00 PM) is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs an additional fee of USD $20.

LONG TERM RENTALS:

LONG TERM RENTALS have a jaw-droppingly discount applied but this price EXCLUDES electricity, laundry and housekeeping. The electric meter would be read at check-in and then at check-out and would be paid in cash based on consumption.
