At Roaring River Hideaway, if you're not at the State Park you are on the patio! Relax in the hot tub while watching your favorite show or kick back on the outdoor couch with the fireplace and another Smart TV. Fire up the Blackstone flat-top grill and enjoy a meal on the large dining table. At the end of the night, roast s'mores over the campfire.



Inside, you'll love the open concept living space and kitchen area. This entire space is flooded with natural light and boasts gorgeous views of the surrounding woods. The living room has seating, a Smart TV, and a large dining table for 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need and new appliances.



In the game room, you'll find a pool table, shuffleboard table, and a foosball table! This space also has bar seating, a Smart TV, and access to the patio.



After an epic day, settle into one of our four bedrooms:

(1) Primary suite 1 has a King bed, closet, TV, and large attached ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub. This room also has a Twin sized pullout couch.

(2) Primary suite 2 has a King bed, closet, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom.

(3) Primary suite 3 has a King bed, closet, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom.

(4) Bedroom 4 is upstairs past the loft and has a Full/Full bunk bed and a nearby shared bathroom.

LOFT: The upstairs loft has 3 Full/Full bunk beds built into the wall. All bottom bunks have a TV built right into them! This space is perfect for the kids!

*There is also an additional Twin sized pull-out couch in the gameroom.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Getting Around:

The home is located just off of a main road. Easy driving and accessibility to town.



Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet-friendly.

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
