This three-bedroom, two-bathroom ADU comfortably accommodates up to five guests. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, one twin bed. A comfortable leather sofa in the living room could add one teenager. With two full bathrooms and central heating and air conditioning, guests can enjoy a comfortable stay year-round. The front main house also offers two additional bedrooms for larger groups. One bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the other includes a king-size bed, accommodating up to four additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes two refrigerators, a microwave, a coffee maker, cooking pots and pans, dishes, and essential kitchenware for your convenience.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the swimming pool during their stay; however, pool parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
