The Space:

This unit only rents to groups over the age of 25 and families.

Your cleaning fee includes a full linen package of bedding and house towels - the only thing you need to bring is a beach / pool towel.

The main house boasts five comfortable bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms spread across three levels. On the first floor, you'll find an inviting open-concept living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, half-bathroom, and spacious living room with a 60 inch smart TV perfect for gathering together. This level also includes a half bath and Bedroom 1, furnished with a queen bed and a private full bathroom.



The second floor features a convenient laundry room and an expansive primary suite complete with a king bed, private full bathroom, walk-in shower, dry bar, and wine refrigerator. Two additional guest bedrooms are located on this level, each offering a queen bed and private full bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for every guest.



The third floor includes the fifth bedroom, furnished with a queen bed and its own full bathroom, as well as a loft/desk space creating a quiet retreat away from the rest of the home.



Above the detached two-car garage, guests will enjoy a fully equipped private apartment featuring a full kitchen, living room, king bedroom, and full bathroom. This separate space is ideal for extended family, grandparents, or guests seeking additional privacy. A 50 inch large smart TV's and a sleeper sofa enable everyone room to have more comfort and enjoyment.



With multiple living spaces, private bathrooms for every bedroom, and accommodations designed for comfort and convenience, this property is the perfect home base for your next vacation.



Also included in your stay is a shared community pool, perfect for a summer getaway!



Things to know:

Parking: 4 spots total- 2 outside in front of house, 2 in the garage under the apartment

Pool Access: Currently all guests staying on premises can use the pool - no outside guests may enter the pool area at anytime. / open 10am- 7pm daily. Memorial Day- End of September.
