Pools, Restaurant, and Sea Store now OPEN!! "Indoor" Pool (Structure not yet rebuilt- currently an open-air pool.)
-The indoor hot tub and grill area remain temporarily closed.
-The main lobby entrance is being updated and expected to be completed, weather permitting, 4/8/2026. In the meantime, the East walkway is still available for guests to use to enter the lobby.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools (an outdoor, heated, open-air pool) and the exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, on-site restaurant, tiki bar, and gift shop, with a front desk staffed 24/7. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!
