The accommodation features two beds: One Full Queen bed in main bedroom, One double in the second bedroom.

The suite does not include a parking space; however, there are several nearby options available. Paid parking is available both within the complex and outside. Inside the complex, the rate is $20 per day and $20 for overnight parking, while outside in front of the building, it costs $9 per day and $9 for overnight parking.

For guests staying for a month, we may be able to arrange a dedicated parking spot for an additional charge. Please feel free to contact us for more details!
Smoking in the suite is not allowed under any circumstances. If there is any sign of smoking, a fee of $250 will be charged.

We kindly ask you to respect the suite and treat it as if it were your own home. There is 0 tolerance for hosting parties or making loud noises that disturb our neighbors, as this may lead to an immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund.
