Located just steps from the waters edge this beautifully maintained 2-bedroom, 1-bath ranch offers the lake lifestyle you dream about. This home features a deck with patio table & chairs, gas grill, fire pit, and a dock for your boat. First lake is located on a chain of Six Lakes with channels connecting them. First, Second & Third lake are no wake lakes.

This 2 bedroom one bath ranch style cottage. Each bedroom has a closet. Bathroom has a stand up shower. Completely updated interior. Vinyl planking flooring throughout. Rugs in the living room and bedrooms. The living room has 2 oversized recliners, suitable for snuggling with your youngster. There is also a child size bean bag. It’s set up for year round living. Nice size deck off the back patio slider that features a patio table with umbrella and 4 chairs. Outdoor fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs Steps from the waters edge. Floating dock for your water toys. 10’ platform at the end for sun bathing, bird watching or fishing. This cottage is set up for a family of four max. Not suitable for 4 adults. As the living room only has 2 recliners.

Enjoy the peace and tranquility this lake property has to offer. Lot`s of wildlife as the back side of the lake is undeveloped. We enjoy watching the birds (all varieties) and listening to the fish jump in the early morning. You will have access to the lake, and the entire house. This is not luxury, but has all the necessities to leave the hustle and noise behind while you reconnect with family and nature. You can see both the sunrises and sun sets from the back of the house. We spend most of our time on the deck.

Walking distance to the township beach and park. (end of road)Two lots down is a township Ada fishing pier. Boat launch and township camp ground is next to the township park. Boat trailer parking is adjacent to this cottage. Very quiet area with nature everywhere. This is an older home that has been remodeled. The floors are crooked and the rooms are small, but it is clean and quant. The color theme is spa like. Very relaxing. The kitchen has a full size stove and refrigerator. No dishwasher you do have to hand wash if you don`t eat out or use paper plates. We have washer toss game, and inflatable rafts for your outside enjoyment. In case of rain there are a few board games including a cribbage board. Because of the size and accommodations this is not suitable for 4 adults. We would love to host up to 2 adults and we welcome up to 2 kids. Because of the size of the yard we are not able to accommodate pets. Thanks for taking a look at our favorite getaway. Please don’t burn trash in the fire pit. The wood stack on right of the front door (east) is the neighbor’s. Do not use!
This property’s sewer is a 1000 gallon septic tank system, once full it will need to be professionally pumped. Please conserve the water usage. Take short showers. Don’t let water run while brushing your teeth ect.
Absolutely no parties!
No life guard on duty, swim at your own risk! Don’t feed the ducks/geese. They poop everywhere.
If you keep the darkening curtains closed during the day it stays very comfortable.
There is spring water under the coffee pot cabinet for coffee maker. Additional pillows in closets for comfort. Anything in the refrigerator or spice cabinet is fine to use.
The charger on the couch will charge the Bluetooth speaker as well as the light in the living room by the bedroom door. This light also dims and has a motion sensor switch for your convenience.
A later check out is an option if needed just ask.
Upon check out please place your dirty towels in the shower. Make sure to wash and put any dishes you used away. Clean grill if you used it and put cover back on it. Put all trash in the provided trash bin in front of the house. Put patio umbrella down. Thank you for visiting.
