Stay comfortable year-round with central air conditioning & heating. You are sure to enjoy the convenience of all the thoughtful touches. Some of which include a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar (ground & 6 K-cup), filters, sugar, syrup, honey, tea & powder creamer. Also provided are shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dish soap, 6 dishwasher pods, 6 laundry pods, dryer sheets, garbage bags, zip lock bags, foil, paper towels, toilet paper, olive oil and some spices. Additional amenities include a large patio with a basketball hoop and sideline swing for two, 6 adult beach bikes, cornhole, covered gazebo and picnic table, propane grill (propane provided) & fire pit with 6 chairs for the cooler season. We also provide our guest with everything you need for the beach from beach toys, beach blanket, 6 Ex-L beach towels, 6 beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a beach cart to haul it all.
