Summary:

Kick back and relax in this newly remodeled cottage with all new furniture, appliances and bathroom. Directly across from the ocean a short walk from the front door. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, walk a few doors down for a coffee or a smoothie, and about a block away for breakfast, lunch or dinner with a great ocean view. Flagler is know as a surfer town with its laid-back, retro Florida beach town vibe, with a focus on natural beauty and a slower pace of life.



The Space:

Our cottages are clean, comfortable, and on the smaller side—perfect for a cozy stay. This one-bedroom, one-bath unit accommodates up to three guests, with a queen bed and a pull out sofa with a full size mattress. The unit includes a small kitchen equipped with a two-burner stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig, and toaster (please note there is no oven). Guests can also enjoy a private front deck, perfect for relaxing outdoors.



Please take a look at the photos so you know what to expect. Each unit has a small water heater, so we recommend shorter showers or spacing them out a bit. We’ve done our best to lay everything out efficiently to maximize the space.



A shared washer and dryer are available, at the back of the building for guest use. laundry soap is not provided. Please note: Parking is limited, one parking space only is available per unit. You can park additional cars if public spaces are available on 18th street a block away.

Guests will enjoy complete privacy in their own newly remodeled cottage, which includes a comfortable bedroom, a full bathroom, a cozy living area, and a functional kitchen. You also have exclusive use of your own private front deck, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. For added convenience, there is a shared laundry facility located at the back of the building for guest use. Please note that parking is limited to one designated space per unit, with additional public parking available just a block away on 18th Street.

You are perfectly positioned directly across from the ocean, meaning the sand and surf are just steps from your front door. The neighborhood is celebrated for its laid-back pace and focus on natural beauty. Within a short walk, you can grab your morning coffee or a fresh smoothie to start your day. For meals, there are delightful dining options located just one block away, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner while taking in stunning ocean views. Whether you want to catch a sunrise, surf the local breaks, or simply enjoy the slow coastal lifestyle, our location provides the ideal base for your getaway.



Getting Around:

Getting to your coastal getaway is easy, though having a car is highly recommended for exploring the beautiful Flagler Beach area. Each unit is provided with one dedicated parking space on the property. If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, additional public parking is conveniently available just one block away on 18th Street. Please note that public transportation options in Flagler Beach are limited, so most guests prefer to drive or utilize ride sharing services to reach the cottage. Daytona Beach International Airport is the closest major travel hub, located approximately 35 to 40 minutes away by car.
