Under the living room's vaulted ceiling, gather with your loved ones for cozy movie nights in front of the large flat screen TV and electric fireplace. When you aren't hanging out here, sink into the bubbling warmth of the hot tub, available on the screened-in back deck. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Minimum renter age is 25 years old. This applies to all guests who will be occupying the unit except multi-generational families. A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.
