The Space:

Your own green hideaway in Condesa: a ground-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with TWO private garden patios that only you use.



• Patio 1: string lights, tropical plants, Acapulco chairs and an outdoor dining table under an umbrella. Bedroom 1 and the hallway open onto it.

• Patio 2: a colorful hammock under hanging vines, right outside Bedroom 2's glass door.

• Bedroom 1: king bed, private ensuite bathroom, deep blue accent wall, AC, walk-in closet, full-length mirror and a desk.

• Bedroom 2: queen bed, warm orange accent wall, AC and a glass door onto the hammock patio. The second bathroom is just outside.

• 2 bathrooms with glass showers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and a hair dryer.

• Open-plan living, dining and kitchen: big sofa, smart TV, a wooden dining table and a breakfast bar.

• Kitchen: gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, drip coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, cookware and wine glasses. Coffee is ready for your first morning.

• The kitchen tap has a water filter, so the water is safe to drink.

• Washer and dryer inside the apartment, plus an iron.

Doormen staff the building entrance 24/7, and you let yourself in with a keypad smart lock. 1 parking space in the building garage is included. Luggage drop-off can be arranged.



The Neighborhood:

Parque Espana is a 4-minute walk and Parque Mexico 7, with playgrounds, dog walkers and shady paths that guests with kids love. Guests describe the street as calm and walkable, with restaurants and cafes all around. Avenida Amsterdam, Condesa's tree-lined loop of cafes and bars, is 6 minutes on foot, and guests rave about dinner at Baldio, a few steps away. For a longer walk, Chapultepec Castle is 27 minutes and the Anthropology Museum 30. In fall, the parks fill with Day of the Dead marigolds and the holiday lights follow.



Getting Around:

You do not need a car: most of Condesa and Roma is walkable. Metro Chapultepec is a 13-minute walk, Patriotismo 15 and Sevilla 16; guests say the Metro is cheap and easy. Rideshares are quick for longer trips, and the airport is about 8.8 miles by car. Driving in? 1 space in the building garage is included.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 10 AM.

• This is a city apartment: on some nights you may hear neighbors, dogs or a nearby celebration. Light sleepers should bring earplugs.

• The patios are open-air: in the rainy season (June to October) furniture can get wet and leaves can fall.

• AC is in both bedrooms only, not in the living room. The units make a low hum when running.

• Security cameras are in the building lobby only; there are none inside the apartment.

• Ground-floor apartment: no stairs.
