Casa del Paraiso- House of Paradise Beach Home

Located 30 minutes south off San Felipe, just right off Puertocitos Rd, of San Felipe, & this house is a dream. 3200 Sq Foot home, beach front property. Off Grid with plenty of batteries to last all day and night. Three comfortable Primary bedrooms all with en-suites, plus upstairs loft that is used as a 4th bedroom-with two queen beds. It offers plenty of space for 10 guests to relax and unwind. Two of the rooms have king sized beds, and a Queen in the other. This house is the newest and most recently remodeled home on the beach in this community. There is a game room with foosball, ESPN Basketball, darts, potato sack races, boardgames, arts and crafts, and much more. Outside we have a large Connect Four, corn hole, kids horse shoes, hoola-hoops, and sand toys, There is a kayak upon request we can bring out for you. Bring your quads or dune buggy. You can drive your car, or motor vehicles on the beach and park them right in front of the house. This house is the only one in this community that has its own stairs down to the beach. You can shoot golf balls from the wall out to the beach, or fish if you bring your gear.
Full kitchen with Samsung fridge that will play your Spotify or anything on You tube, your choice.. There is a stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, or a Mr Coffee-Your choice. There is also a Margaritaville Margarita Maker, Ninja blender, toaster, tons of pots and pans, as well as utensils, plates, cups, and linens to go with it. There are even a few popular spices. So much!
This is on a private beach only for the community. You will rarely see more than a couple people all day. During race week, it does get busier with folks and minor traffic.
There is a BBQ pit to make meals as well, and a fire pit to roast marshmallows and make s'mores in the evening. Lounge chairs are out as well as nice patio furniture. Our caretaker can have ice delivered before you arrive or groceries, upon request. There will be a full five gallon water tank there for you, and a little store right down the road if you wish to purchase more. There are many eateries in town, about 30 mins away and a couple just down the road, as well and grocery stores if you'd like to pack light.
