Oh yes, this condo is close to the beach! When it's time to put your toes in the sand, Barefoot Resort provides a free community shuttle that runs during the summer season. The Barefoot Yacht Club Marina offers jet skis, kayaks, and rental equipment. There are also full services for boaters and fishermen.

Feel free to take a short drive across the Waterway to enjoy all that Barefoot Landing has to offer. Barefoot Beach & Golf Haven is a recently renovated, spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo featuring a fully equipped kitchen to suit any cooking style. Just pack your clothes, golf clubs, and beach gear, and come enjoy your new favorite vacation spot. We truly value our guests and strive to treat you and your family like our own.

Located on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Amenities:

We have included several home necessities. In the living room there is a 55" smart TV along with a Roku. There is a large couch and over 50 DVD’s to enjoy if a movie night is what you are looking for. Several games are included if a game night is preferred. Both the master, guest bedroom, and balcony have Roku TV’s. Every TV has cable/Live TV and the condo is equipped with high speed WIFI.

The master bedroom has a desk area if you need to open your laptop and answer a few emails. However, please remember, you're on vacation.

There is also a washer/dryer within the unit for your convenience, but then again who wants to do laundry during relaxation time?

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom- King size Bed

Second Bedroom- 1 Queen and 1 full Loft bed (1 adult or 2 children 350 lb limit)

Both rooms have a night stand, dresser, closet with hangers, ceiling fan and a luggage rack. Bed linens are supplied.


Bathrooms:

Both bathrooms have been remolded and updated. There is soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, towels and washcloths. Everything to get you started off right.

Complete Kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals or a picnic to enjoy at the beach. On the days you decide to dine in, gather around the six person dining table with loved ones.

There is plenty of prep counter space, a 4-burner stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator & freezer. A regular coffee maker, Keurig, pots, pans, baking sheets, flatware, utensils, knives, cutting boards, dishes, plates, mugs, cups, bowls, glassware, mixing bowls are all available. There are dish towels, dishwasher pods, liquid dish soap, trash bags, a roll of paper towels, cleaning supplies, broom, and more!

Private Enclosed Balcony:

Relax on the recently renovated balcony with a pond and fountain view. The windows can be opened or closed whichever you prefer. There are two chairs, a couch, and side tables so sit outside and enjoy the fresh breeze. In the summer, you’ll be treated to the sounds of nature all around you.
