We're a family of five from Roswell, Georgia with three baseball-loving boys who inspired the name. We love traveling, beach sunsets, and creating memorable family experiences. Carillon Beach has become one of our favorite places to relax, reconnect, and slow down — and we're so excited to share it with guests looking for the same kind of getaway.

Carillon Beach is one of those places that feels like it was designed for slowing down, but there's plenty to keep active families busy too. It's a private, gated community with a charming, neighborhood feel that's rare for a beach destination. You get the beauty of the Gulf Coast without sacrificing safety or peace of mind.
The market right below the unit is a morning ritual waiting to happen, whether that's grabbing a coffee, picking up fresh provisions, or just soaking in the laid back beach town vibe. Local pizza spots and coffee shops round out the experience in the best way.
Our boys love it here for good reason. Fishing, basketball, tennis, and pickleball are all within reach, and that's before you even factor in the beach and three community pools. It's the kind of place where kids wake up and immediately start negotiating which activity comes first.
What we love most is how it balances activity and rest. You can spend the day on the water or the courts, then end the night on the balcony with a drink and the warm salt breeze. There's no rush, no noise, just that rare feeling of being exactly where you're supposed to be.
Three community pools, direct beach access, and a pace of life that makes it easy to unplug. It's the kind of place our family returns to year after year, and the kind of place guests tell us they didn't want to leave.

"The Bullpen stands out for a few reasons, but it starts with the space itself. As a two story unit, it has a layout that feels more like a home than a typical condo rental. There's room to spread out, gather together, and actually live comfortably during your stay.
The decor is a big hit with guests too. We put real thought into making it feel fun, warm, and cohesive, the kind of place that's just as enjoyable to be inside as it is to be out on the balcony or at the beach. It photographs well, but it feels even better in person.
And we've stocked it like we'd want it stocked for our own family. Fully equipped kitchen, Keurig and drip coffee, Ninja grill on the balcony, beach gear, and all the little things that make the difference between a good trip and a great one. You shouldn't have to run to the store for basics when you arrive.
Combined with the location directly above the Carillon market, the private gated community, and easy access to the beach and pools, The Bullpen just checks a lot of boxes. It's the kind of property that works for a family reunion, a couples getaway, or a week with the kids where everyone actually has a great time.
