Built in the early 1930's and it underwent a total renovation in 2018. Decorated in rustic style with a touch of modern and elegant details, it offers comfortable and unique spaces for four persons.
The villa is situated in a quiet location surrounded by greenery and has a heated pool. It includes space around the pool with hot tub, deck chairs, outdoor shower, sauna, separate bathroom, lounge, dining area with BBQ.
The deck has been set up for your comfort with a Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, Sundeck, Fully Equipped BBQ, covered Lounge Area with a couch and a dining table for four persons.
A two person Sauna for relaxing, has been built under the Terrace with complete Bathroom, Shower and toilet. Towels, bathrobes and essential oils are provided for a truly serene experience.
There is enough place in the living room for four persons and in Winter weather you can enjoy the fireplace with crackling fire sounds.
The unit has a equiped kitchen with a large fridge, stove, toaster, oven and a microwave.
All the spaces are equipped with smart Air Conditioner which you can also be used to warm up the rooms. The fireplace is also connected with the rooms to warm up.
You have three Smart TVs, each in two bedrooms and one in Living Room.
Guests have access to all parts of the guest house as well as both their front and back private decks.
You have your own private entrance and private parking.
Neighbours house is semi-detached.
You have full privacy, but we are available for any question & tips.
You can choose between Self Check-In and a Host Meeting You at the property.
Clean bedlinens and towels are available upon request once a week.
Tap water is drinkable.
You will always check in to a clean house and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the rental price.
We can organize for you wine tasting in nearby winery Juricic with local products: cold plates, wine, schnaps and olive oil. You can also visit donkeys nearby the winery.
