The apartment is newly renovated in a three apartment house, in a quiet street with almost no traffic and comfortably fits five people. The apartment has its own entrance and terrace.

Three Bedrooms, bathroom (with shower tub), guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen, large terrace outside with a beautiful small green garden.

There is also a smart LCD TV SAT - TV (German, Italian, France channel list), AC - Klima, large Carport (covered parking) in the front of the House and free wi-fi internet connection.

You will find security cameras only outside on our parking lot/entrance in front of the apartment. When you Park you car on our free parking space it will be secure and safe.
