Villa Laura is a delightful holiday villa in Medulin. It is only 1.3km from the beach but also has a private pool with sun loungers.

This villa has been built and approved on an ecological principle. It has different types of energy supply.

There is even an apiary on the property in the corner, run by the owner himself. The owner is an experienced beekeeper. The bees don't come near the villa as they have their own pool and ecosystem. Most of the guests are very impressed and happy to buy honey directly from the owner. We also accept 2 dogs with an additional charge.

The Villa Laura is very bright and friendly. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and even offers 2 living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. Each living room has a sofa bed with a TV. On the first floor there is a very nice terrace with a view of the surroundings. There is also a charcoal grill at your disposal where you can prepare a delicious meal and serve it at the outdoor dining table. In the outdoor area there is a second full equipped kitchen. You will surely remember the evening get-together in the garden and you will want to return to Villa Laura.

Ideal location for those who want to relax but at the same time enjoy the beach, sightseeing and practicing various sports. We definitely recommend you to explore the small town that hides many sights. At the end of the city promenade is the Malin, a windmill built 140 years ago and now a landmark of Medulin. Walking along the waterfront, you will see many tourist boats offering day trips, panoramic trips and tours to Cape Kamenjak. If you are a fan of boat trips, you should take a day and do a boat tour. A boat trip to the island of Brijuni and sightseeing will delight both young and old :)
