Charming Oceanfront Beach House in East Providence

Currently adding the final touches to this beautiful beachfront 2 Bed, 2 Bath House in Riverside East Providence Rhode Island with plenty of space for 9 guests. Photos will be updated soon! Right next to Crescent Park where they host many events, live music on Thursdays, and a beautiful mural. Across the street is a carousel and museum where they also hold monthly move nights on projectors and will soon have a wedding venue too! For quick convinence there is a general store, coffee shop and breakfast diner just across the street. There is an Ice Cream Shop within walking distance. Large shopping plazas can be found about 10-15 min drive away. This is a fantastic central spot to get to Providence and South towards Newport and other beaches in the area. Convenient for the FIFA World Cup Games too!

Guests can access all parts of the house.

Riverside (East Providence) — a residential, family-oriented neighborhood on the east bank of the Seekonk River. Notable nearby places: Riverside waterfront and Bold Point Park (waterfront views and events), local parks and walking routes along the Seekonk/Providence waterfront, neighborhood schools (Riverside/East Providence schools), and short drives to downtown Providence (across the Henderson/Market Square areas). The vibe is suburban/residential with easy access to Providence’s urban amenities.

Car is the most convenient option—local streets feed quickly to Route 195 and I‑95 for regional travel. Public transit: RIPTA bus routes serve East Providence (local lines connect to downtown Providence and Kennedy Plaza); service is more frequent toward Providence, less frequent inside residential streets—expect some walks to main stops. Train: there is no passenger rail station in East Providence; the nearest intercity/commuter rail is Providence Station (Amtrak/MBTA) in downtown Providence (about 4–6 miles west). Airports: T.F. Green (Providence/Warwick, PVD) is the closest major airport (~10–15 miles by car); Logan International (Boston) is farther (~45 miles). Walkability: local errands possible on foot depending on exact block, but most visitors will use car or bus.
