This is a full single-family home in one of Dublin`s most established neighborhoods. The home spans nearly 3,000 square feet across two floors with five bedrooms, three full baths, and a half bath.
One bedroom is on the main floor, making it accessible without navigating stairs — useful for guests with mobility considerations or anyone who wants a quiet, separate space from the rest of the group. The remaining four bedrooms are upstairs.
The kitchen is set up for actual cooking: full-size refrigerator, oven, multiple burners, dishwasher, and enough counter and cabinet space to stock up for a week or longer. The living and dining areas give the home room to breathe whether you`re logging a full remote workday or settling in for the evening.

GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE • Please treat the property as you would your own home. • Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors. • In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours. • No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved. • The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.
NON-SMOKING POLICY • No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property (inside or outside). • Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc. • Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation. • Additional cleaning or repairs beyond the $1,000 fine may be billed. • Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE • Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash. • Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering. • We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. Let us know if anything is missing. • For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately. • Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
LONG-TERM STAYS • 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in. • Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance. • If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook. • Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules. • Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
PET POLICY • No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. This includes short visits. • For short stays: $35/night pet fee (capped at $200). • For long stays (30+ nights): $200 flat pet fee per pet. • Emotional support animals are treated as pets and require approval and fees. • All pets must be house-trained, non-destructive, and quiet. • Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. • Unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation, and removal.
SAFETY, SECURITY, AND BEHAVIOR • Exterior cameras are in use at all entry points. • Do not tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or other safety devices. • Do not share keys or entry codes with anyone not listed on the reservation. • Illegal activity (drug use, theft, vandalism, harassment, etc.) will result in immediate eviction and may be reported. • Do not remove or damage anything in the home. Guests will be billed for missing or broken items.
