All 4 large bedrooms are on the main floor.
The primary bedroom is your sanctuary with a king-size bed, luxury hybrid mattress, and a 65" Smart TV. The attached master bath offers pure indulgence with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a freestanding deep soaking tub.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 offer spacious retreats, each boasting a king-size bed with luxury hybrid mattress and a 55" TV. They share a full bath just across the hall, complete with all the essentials.

Bedroom 4 is nothing short of grand, featuring TWO king-size beds with luxury hybrid mattresses, a cozy seating area with 2 loveseats, a 65” tv and a desk/work station.

A brand new full bath with double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower is just down the stairs in the INCREDIBLE Speakeasy basement.

Each bedroom includes great closet space and all linens are provided.

All baths come with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryer.

The house is equipped with high speed fiber internet. You can sign into all your favorite streaming apps on any of the six TVs.

The living room exudes warmth with a large gas fireplace and a 65" smart TV. A dining room that seats 8 sets the scene for delightful meals and memories that are sure to last a lifetime; all while looking out the front windows seeing the bourbon skyline.

The kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with bar seating for 3, a well stocked coffee bar with ground coffee, K-Cups, syrups, sugar, creamers, teas and all the culinary tools at your fingertips.

The sunroom beckons with a beautiful view of the back of the property, equipped with seating, foosball, and a Golden Tee arcade game.

Venture to the basement and step back in time to our Speakeasy! Challenge your friends to a game on the 9' shuffleboard table or a poker match at the full-size table for 10. Darts, a 65" TV, additional games and a well-equipped bar (with ice maker) will make this your favorite spot in the house. A full bath with large shower is conveniently located downstairs. A full size washer/dryer are also located in the basement.

The back deck is your outdoor oasis, complete with an outdoor dining, evening ambiance lighting, patio furniture around the gas firetable, and a Blackstone outdoor griddle, perfect for smashburgers!

Just off the deck is the private 7-seat hot tub under the starry Kentucky sky.

A detached garage includes a Pickleball court, Pop-a-Shot, and a Cornhole set for hours of fun.

The sprawling 8 acres offer ample room for exploration (at your own risk)

Side barn is not to be used for any purpose
No candles or incense to be used
Do not cut or dye hair on the property
No unauthorized guests
This home is in a semi rural area and you may occasionally see bugs/ rodents. We do have the property treated regularly.
IF the hot tub needs water added during your stay during winter months please DO NOT add water yourselves or use the hose. It can lead to burst pipes. Please let host know and we will get that taken care of.

For fireplace :

Lighting the pilot light on a fireplace might take a few tries.
You want to make sure that the gas is on and in the pilot position
The pilot position involves literally pushing the dial in and holding, which will let a small amount of gas out to be lit by a stick lighter
Once the flame starts, maintain holding the pilot knob in for 10 more seconds-ish before rotating it to the on position
If the flame goes out when you rotate to on, restart the process and hold for a little longer on the next attempt
