This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests in beds (9 maximum occupancy) and offers stunning lake views, year-round water, and plenty of space to relax and reconnect with family and friends.

Inside, you'll find an open-concept living area featuring a cozy gas fireplace, complimentary WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. The dining table seats 8, with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen island, making it easy to gather together.

A standout feature of Casa Lago is the detached entertainment room, located halfway between the house and the lake. Complete with a bar, TV, and comfortable seating, it's the perfect place to unwind, watch the game, or enjoy time together after a day on the water.

Step outside and experience the best of lake living. Enjoy evenings around the fire pit, grill dinner on the propane grill, or spend your days swimming from the private swim pier. The private dock offers year-round water, and guests are welcome to tie up a boat during their stay. Two paddleboards are also provided so you can explore the crystal-clear waters of Smith Lake at your own pace. (Please note: the jacuzzi/hot tub is not available for guest use.)

NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
