Please note: This home is one of two vacation rentals located on this charming historic property. Lil Shatzie is the back unit, which is the white structure with orange doors located toward the back of the property.



Guests staying in this unit may park in the driveway. The front unit has separate street parking available in front of the house.



The backyard is a private outdoor space reserved exclusively for guests staying in Lil Shatzie, the back unit. Guests of the main house are informed that the backyard is not a shared space, so please feel free to relax, gather around the fire pit, and enjoy the Fredericksburg atmosphere during your stay.
