• No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
• Quiet hours: Weekdays: 10pm-8am, 11pm – 9am. Please respect our neighbors.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings.
🚭 Smoking & Substances
• Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not allowed inside the property.
• If smoking outdoors, please dispose of butts properly.
🐾 Pets (if applicable)
• Pets are welcome with prior approval.
• Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after them.
🛏️ Care for the Home
• Treat the home as you would your own.
• Report any damages or issues immediately.
• Only use appliances and amenities for their intended purposes.

• Place trash in designated bins and follow recycling rules if posted.
• Dishes should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher (or washed if no dishwasher).
• An exit cleaning fee covers normal turnover, but extra mess may incur charges.

• Parking is available inside the garage for up to 2 vehicles, medium SUV size or smaller.
• Do not block driveways or park on the grass.
