Set on a half acre lot in a quiet, well maintained neighborhood, the home offers space and privacy you don’t often find. An 8 foot privacy fence surrounds the pool and backyard, creating a secluded setting for long afternoons in the water and quiet evenings under the stars. Listen to the owls, watch the sky, and enjoy the calm.

The saltwater pool ranges from 2.5 to 10 feet deep and is large enough for the whole group. There is a child safety fence separating the yard from the pool area, along with Coast Guard approved life jackets, a life ring, and a lifeguard hook for added peace of mind. Backyard access is controlled by a keyed deadbolt so parents can manage entry to the pool area.

Under the gazebo, you’ll find a propane grill and shaded seating, perfect for slow mornings and relaxed dinners.

Headed to the beach? Eight beach chairs and two umbrellas are provided to make your trip easier. Pensacola Beach is about 25 to 30 minutes away, depending on traffic. Johnson Beach at the National Seashore is about 45 minutes.

Groceries and essentials are close by, with Winn Dixie, Publix, and Walmart Supercenter all within 10 minutes.
