The Property
This unique property features two separate homes on the same lot, offering 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms for up to 14 guests. Please note you'll need to walk outside to move between the two homes.

Step outside to enjoy your private dock, featuring a boat lift, tie-up slip, and easy access to the main lake just under a bridge with approximately 8 ft clearance. The calm 8-foot-deep water makes it ideal for swimming, relaxing, or heading out for a day on the boat. * The lakeside house includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a private master suite with its own bathroom and fireplace, plus deck access in select rooms.

There are two J1772 (non-Tesla) chargers available on the property. Tesla vehicles can also use them, but an adapter is required (guests will need to bring their own).

One charger is mounted on the wall in the garage, and the other is located in a cabinet at the bottom of the driveway by the fence overlooking the lake.

★☆ We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.

★☆ A service fee of $25.00, in addition to shipping charges, will be applied for the return of items left at the property.

★☆ We love hosting guests with dogs! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

- Keep dogs on a leash when outside at all times.
- No dogs on the furniture, including beds and couches.
- We allow up to two dogs weighing 50 pounds or less with a non-refundable fee.
