Extended Stay Cleaning Policy:
For stays longer than one month, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning every 14 days is required at $50 per cleaning. Complimentary light cleanings may be offered every 7 days, subject to availability. Linens are not changed during light cleanings unless requested for an additional fee. All cleanings are scheduled in advance.

House Rules:
• No smoking anywhere inside the unit or building. Smoking is permitted outdoors only and must be at least 7.5 meters from all doors and windows.
• No unapproved visitors or overnight guests. Communal areas are monitored by CCTV, and unauthorized guests may be asked to leave.
• No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind.
• No illegal activities anywhere on the property.
• Please report any damage or breakage promptly so we can arrange repair or replacement.
• A damage deposit and government-issued photo ID may be required at booking.
• Primary guest must be 25 years or older. Reservations not meeting this requirement may be canceled. Guests under 25 may inquire about exceptions.
• No mail delivery to the building. Mail can be collected from the post office located two blocks away.
• Extra linens are not provided. An on-site laundry room is available for guest use.
• Guests may access only the areas listed in the booking.
• Quiet hours after 11:00 PM.
• No food or drinks on the bed.
• No pets unless explicitly authorized.
