The spacious master bedroom commands a stunning river view and opens to a serene balcony, perfect for soaking in the picturesque surroundings in solitude. On the ground floor, we offer a fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with a sliding door that brings the river vistas indoors.

Complementing the main house is a charming detached building that comfortably sleeps up to six people with a full bed and bunk beds, making it an ideal retreat for couples or teenagers. This annex even boasts its own distinct bathroom for your convenience.

Add an adventurous streak to your stay by availing of our complimentary kayak rentals available on-site. Do heed the beauty and uniqueness of local wildlife, which includes alligators, as the river is their natural habitat.

The sleeping arrangements in the main house feature a king bed in the bedroom and additional sofa bed and a murphy bed in the common areas. The property also provides convenient amenities such as a full kitchen, a complete bathroom, and a laundry room.

This secluded spot is within just 15 minutes of exciting activities like swimming with the manatees and exploring the gorgeous springs. Although we are in a very quiet country area, you`re not far from the hustle and bustle - a car is suggested for ease of access to nearby attractions.

Please bear in mind that the property, recently redecorated with new photos underway, capitalizes on its rustic charm, offering fabulous views and water access. The home operates on well water systems, aligning with its rustic, eco-friendly ethos.
