• Kayaks available for guest use

• Lily pad available for lake fun



Fishing & Boating



• Fishing is permitted; a valid Texas fishing license is required

• Public boat launch is located just down the road

• Guests may tie their boat to the dock during their stay

• Boat lift is not available for guest use



Parking



• Parking is permitted in the driveway

• Additional parking is available in the designated area across the street

• Please do not park on the street



Laundry Information



• Washer and dryer access is not available for guest use

• Please plan accordingly for longer stays



Outdoor Amenities



• Butane fire pit provided (no firewood required)

• Outdoor grill available for guest use (pellets are provided)



Safety & Wildlife



• Children should be supervised at all times near the water

• The patio area is fenced, but the fence does not extend to the lakefront

• Swimming, fishing, boating, and dock use are at guests' own risk

• As with most waterfront properties, mosquitoes and other insects may be present. We recommend bringing bug spray for your comfort while enjoying the outdoors
