Surrounded by gardens and hedges; you'll be welcomed by a rose garden and large hedge enclosing the front yard. As you enter the yard, we have a small succulent garden and a outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying the cool summer evenings. Inside you'll find the elegance of our old home; beautiful antique wood floors mixed with all new furniture create a fresh new style and and truly comfortable living space. With full-sized appliances and a complete kitchen, we have everything you'll need to enjoy a great meal and drinks with that special someone or a group of friends. Provided coffee and creamer provide the right start to your day, whether it be business or pleasure.



Guest Access:

This beautiful home is on a shared lot, with a main house and an occupied granny flat. Guests will have access to the main house and front enclosed yard. Use of the backyard or laundry room is granted upon request.



Getting Around:

If needed Riverside has an abundance of Uber and Lyft drivers, public bus's are just down the street and we are 10 min from the Metrolink station with trains going to LA and the Beach areas



Other Things to Note:

We offer 2 parking spaces for guests. The public street in front of the house is permit parking, do to the near by college, but if you do need additional parking you can park just a few houses down where permits are not required.
