Our home is in a quiet neighborhood. Please share these rules with your group as booking acknowledges the rules of the property.

• Guests: List all overnight guests on your reservation. Only registered guests are allowed to use the property. Day visitors require written approval; a $400 fee applies if approved.

• Quiet hours: 8:30 pm–8 am. Keep voices and music low. Property is monitored by noise decible and smoke monitors, and exterior street facing cameras.

• Parking: Maximum three vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is permitted from the basketball net to the light pole. Any other overflow street parking to park on Sycamore.

• Pets: Prior approval required; maximum two dogs, $50 per dog per stay. Keep pets off furniture and never leave them unattended. Bag waste and place it in the outdoor garbage can.

• Wellness amenities: No pets in and no glass in or around the hot tub, cold plunge, or sauna. Shower before use, follow posted instructions, and supervise children closely. Do not use while impaired or hot tub/sauna). Turn off the sauna and close spa covers after use. Use with caution and under clinician guidance prior to using hot tub or sauna while pregnant

• Fire table: Never leave it unattended. Do not add wood or other materials. Turn off the propane at the tank after use.

• No smoking, drugs, candles, or hair dye.
