Apartment is an open floor plan with spacious living room, large bedroom, eat-in kitchen and full bathroom. Downstairs is a shared laundry room with coin-operated machines, a lounge with coffee bar, TV and chairs as well as a covered outdoor patio area. Sleeps 2 comfortably. A 3rd person may be added for an additional cost and be allowed to sleep on the couch.

You will be assigned 2 unique codes. One will get you into the building and the other will be for the door of the apartment. Building stays locked at all times and there are cameras outside around the building.

You must be able to climb about 8 steps to get into the apartment, so not wheelchair or handicapped accessible unfortunately.

The parking lot is located directly behind the building and you may only park in spot #10. Do not park in the Jackson Technical lot because they will have your car towed. There is free street parking located along 6th St.
