This stylish and spacious home is perfect for families and other large groups. Located in the cool area of browns Town, 15 minutes from the beaches in Discovery Bay and Run Away Bay. Surrounded by nature is a tranquil place to relax. 15 minutes or less to the town center of Browns Town where you will find KFC, Panda Chinese restaurant, Fresca Café and many local restaurants plus numerous grocery store.

The space
This is a beautiful modern house with all new furnishings. Truly a home away from home. It is spacious. 4 large bedrooms. 1 small bedroom but still big enough for a queen size bed. 5 queen beds, 2 twin/single beds and 1 heavy duty bunk bed with Double mattress at top and bottom. The community is quiet and peaceful with lots of cool breeze even during the hot summer months.

Guest access
The jacuzzi in the main bedroom is not offered but I will allow you to use it under certain circumstances. The dishwasher is not working so it is not included. I am flexible regarding the placement of the 2 twin/single beds so as to accommodate your needs.

Other things to note
If your guest list is small and you won’t need all the bedrooms, I can work out a cheaper price for you. You will still get the entire house except the bedrooms you will not need.

For larger groups, I have some flexibility regarding positioning of the small beds to better suit your sleeping arrangement. Just let me know and I will adjust if possible.

TRANSPORTATION can be arranged:
- Montego Bay Airport pickup and drop off
- Excursions to Dunns River Fall, Dolphin Cove etc.
- Beach trips

MEALS:
We cook and sell tasty meals.

SHOPPING
We can do your grocery shopping for a fee.

Not shown in the pictures is a heavy duty bunk bed with two double mattresses. I am waiting for it to arrive from Amazon.
