Lana’s Cottage

Welcome to our cozy cottage in historic Abbeville. We are in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood. This home comfortably sleeps six adults. The kitchen is fully stocked and is perfect for making a cup of coffee to cooking a full meal! There’s a smart TV with fast internet to be able to access your favorite streaming service. We are 1 mile from groceries and your choice of local restaurants. We are delighted to host you in our home.

The space
This home was built in the 60’s and has been recently renovated. There are two bedrooms, each outfitted with a Queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room. There is one full bathroom with a tub/shower unit. You will find body wash and plenty of towels and washcloths. The kitchen is fully stocked including pots and pans, glassware, dishes, serving bowls, toaster and more. There are toys and books for the children in your life and games and puzzles for you to enjoy while you relax. The spacious family room is lined with windows overlooking the back yard. It features a couch with two integral recliners and a single recliner. There is a small desk for you to answer those necessary emails. The living room has a couch, two chairs, a gas fireplace and a keyboard. The sunroom is outfitted with 2 comfy chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. Our goal is to make this space comfortable, with everything you may need without being cluttered. An Air Doctor purifies the air.

Other things to note
We are located 15 miles west of Greenwood, 20 miles from Lake Secession, 30 miles from Anderson and 60 miles from Greenville. But don’t forget to visit all the favorite attractions in our hometown. Burt Stark Mansion, Opera House and the historic Trinity Street Church to name a few. And just maybe you will want to give gem mining a try! We do have mining tools available and would be happy to let you use them on your visit.
