Please note that there is a legal basement suite with separate short-term tenants currently occupying the lower level. Both units have their own private entrances and no shared indoor spaces, ensuring your stay remains private and undisturbed.

HOUSE RULES & SECURITY

No Parties: We strictly enforce a no-party policy. The home is equipped with security cameras at the front and back. Any unauthorized parties will be shut down immediately and subject to a $500 fine.

Guest Count: The number of guests must match your booking details. Any extra guests not noted will be charged.

Verification: All guests must complete our verification process, which includes a $750 refundable damage deposit hold, ID verification, and a signed rental agreement.
