Surrounded by lush greenery and tucked on a tree-lined street, this cottage offers the perfect mix of comfort, creativity, and calm.

Designed by an architect and lovingly updated, this Craftsman-era home is full of thoughtful details.

A bright, open kitchen with gas cooking, stainless appliances, and plenty of counter space makes it easy to cook and gather. The cozy loft bedroom features vaulted ceilings, soft natural light, and an intimate retreat-like feel. The modern bathroom offers a spa-like touch with clean lines and built-in storage. A comfortable living space invites you to unwind with a book or movie after a day of exploring the city. Every corner of this home has been designed for ease, from the natural flow of the floor plan to the curated décor that feels both artistic and inviting.

You will have access to the entire home including the basement & private deck. Washer and dryer located in-unit is free and provides a storage room for guests needing a safe place to keep their belongings.



Check-in will be contactless but the host is always available for questions/recommendations within the app.

In the evenings, catch live music, comedy, or a drag show just blocks away, then unwind at one of the neighborhood’s cozy late-night spots. Broadway Avenue offers a more relaxed stroll with boutiques, parks, and local markets that capture Capitol Hill’s eclectic charm.

The closest station to the home is Capitol Hill Station, located about 0.6 miles away (roughly a 15-minute walk or a 5 minute drive). The light rail provides quick and easy access to Downtown Seattle, including Pike Place Market, the Seattle Aquarium, and the waterfront Ferris wheel. You can also take it directly to UW Stadium or continue all the way to Sea-Tac Airport.



Whenever I have the time, I prefer taking the light rail to the airport—it’s only about $3, compared to a $70–$80 Uber or Lyft. The total trip takes roughly 45 minutes, including a short drive or walk to the station, and helps you avoid traffic altogether.

Uber and Lyft are both fast and reliable options in this area. Drivers are typically only a few minutes away, and ride-sharing tends to be the easiest way to get around Capitol Hill and downtown without worrying about parking.

Please note that this home does not include a dedicated parking spot.

Guests can use free and metered street parking in the surrounding neighborhood, but availability can vary, especially during evenings and weekends. Be sure to read street signs carefully for any time restrictions or permit-only zones.



This home is not handicap friendly. The home has a few steps leading into the space and the bedroom lofted area is only accessible via a small, steep, narrow ladder.



No dedicated parking spot, but paid and free street parking is available near the property.



Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee and may receive a negative review for not following our house guidelines.



Guests may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation or deny access if identity verification cannot be completed or if the information provided does not match the reservation.
