The pool is heated to approximately 85 degrees when requested. Please note that pool temperatures can vary depending on outdoor weather conditions and extreme cold temperatures may affect heating performance.

For safety and security, the property includes exterior Ring cameras and smart lock systems. Noise monitoring devices are located outdoors to help maintain neighborhood quiet hours. These devices do not record conversations.
