Nestled among mature trees on a sprawling half-acre on Lake Travis, this well-appointed home in a gated community pairs modern comforts with authentic Hill Country charm. Whether you're visiting nearby vineyards, attending a wedding or exploring Krause Springs and Muleshoe Bend, this is the perfect launching spot for your group's Spicewood adventure.

Step into an open-concept sanctuary designed to bring the outdoors in. The main living area features soaring ceilings and walls of glass that frame panoramic views of the water. Whether you’re relaxing by the fireplace, reading in the nook or prepping a meal in the chef’s kitchen, the lake is always your backdrop.

Outdoor Living: The expansive covered patio is the heart of the home, offering plenty of shade and seating to take in the views or dine al fresco.

Watersports: We provide two kayaks and lifejackets for guest use. Head straight down the trail in the backyard to launch, so you can be out on the glass-still water of Lake Travis as soon as you wake up. There is also a community boat ramp around the corner from the house and Briarcliff Marina is a short drive away for easy boat rentals. Don't forget your water shoes or Chacos for water activities.

The Yard: A fully fenced-in turf area provides a clean and soft space for relaxing.

Community Perks: Guests have full access to the entire home. You’ll also have access to 3 pools, tennis courts, a boat ramp around the corner and an outdoor grill area within the gated community. We provide tennis rackets for guest use.

• Bedroom 2: King bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
• Bunk room: 2 twin bunk beds (sleeps 4)

Note: Bunk beds include a ladder and guard rails, exercise caution when using.
