A Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking. *No Smoking/Drugs: No smoking of any kind (vaping, cannabis, tobacco, etc.) is allowed inside the home. A $250 penalty will be assessed if evidence is found. The use of recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. *Occupancy & Events: The number of guests cannot exceed those listed in your reservation. Unapproved guests incur a $50 fee per person or may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Parties/events require advanced approval. *Check-out: Check-out is strictly 11 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee. *Damages: Renters agree to cover charges for damages or necessary extra-cleaning costs. *Shipments: Do not use the property address for any type of package shipment. *Furniture: Please avoid moving the furniture. *PLEASE NOTE that this is a quadraplex, so the walls are a bit thin.
