The layout includes two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a compact kitchen that’s perfect for light cooking and meal prep. The living area is bright and comfortable, with enough space to relax, work, or unwind after a day exploring the city. Thoughtful touches—like comfortable beds, a clean layout, and a private feel—help make this laneway house feel like a little home away from home.



Free street parking is available in front of or near the property, subject to local signage and time restrictions. Parking is easy and convenient if you have a car, making this a great base for exploring the city or commuting to nearby areas.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 2‑bedroom laneway house, including the kitchen, bathroom, and both bedrooms. The private entrance is at the front or side of the property, without going through the main house. Self‑check‑in is arranged via a smart lock or keyless entry, and you’ll receive clear instructions before your stay. There are no shared spaces.

GENERAL

No parties: Strict zero‑tolerance policy.

No smoking or vaping: No smoking or vaping inside the unit or near the entrance.

No pets: Unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shoes off: Please remove outdoor shoes inside the unit to keep the floors clean.



QUIET HOURS

10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Please be respectful of the residents in the main house and neighbors. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask guests to keep noise down during these hours.



GARBAGE & RECYCLING

Please dispose of trash in the kitchen bin.

If the kitchen bin is full, you may tie the garbage bag and put it in the large garbage bins outside the house.



CLEANLINESS

Please treat the laneway house as you would your own home.

No need to deep clean, but excessive mess or intentional damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.



Interaction with Guests:

We want your stay to be smooth, comfortable, and stress-free while still giving you plenty of privacy.



This is a self check-in property, and detailed check-in instructions will be sent to you before arrival, including everything you need for an easy and convenient check-in experience. You’re welcome to arrive anytime after the designated check-in time.



While we do not meet guests in person, we are always available through the Airbnb app if you need any assistance during your stay. We do our best to respond promptly to questions, concerns, or unexpected issues.
