THE LAYOUT

Casa Palmera is a single-story Spanish Med home with a flowing open layout. The front door opens into the great room — leather sectional, swivel chairs, mounted TV — which connects directly to the kitchen with marble waterfall island and bar seating for three. The kitchen opens to the covered back deck through sliding glass doors, with the backyard, hot tub, and BBQ beyond. The two guest bedrooms are off the living room; the primary suite has its own private wing with en-suite bath and direct outdoor access.

Primary bedroom: King bed, en-suite bath with rainfall shower, slat-wood accent wall, lit niche with stocked amenities, and a private door to the backyard.
Guest bedroom 1: Queen bed, closet with mirror.
Guest bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet.
The two guest bedrooms share a second full bath with curved black marble vanity, slat-wood feature wall, and wave LED mirror.

KITCHEN & INDOOR SPACE

Fully equipped kitchen with full-size fridge, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee bar with Keurig and Nespresso (pods provided). All cookware, dishes, glassware, and basics stocked. Bar seating for three at the island, plus great room seating for six.
The outdoors
The covered back deck is the heart of the property — outdoor TV, wicker lounge seating, and a daybed nook under string lights. The hot tub sits on its own platform under a shade sail. BBQ grill and outdoor counter station for cooking. Open lawn beyond. Built for evenings with friends or quiet mornings with coffee.
