Fully furnished Guest Suite (entire lower level of property), private suite-entrance-drive, great room with TV-dinning area-glow in the dark billiards & ping pong, wood burning stove, full kitchen: refrigerator-convection oven/microwave-electric stove top-dishwasher-garbage disposal-coffee maker-kitchen essentials (plates, utensils, pots/pans, etc.), washer-dryer combo unit, sleeps 6: bedroom#1 master with king, TV, glow in the dark lighting, tasteful-mildly adult themed room (red lighting with one adult novelty item (of which is not visible, is normally covered, using Guest(s) must be 18+ and can be removed from bedroom#1 upon request from booking Guest)), bedroom #2 with queen, TV and glow in the dark lighting, bedroom#3 two twins with pack and play , HVAC system: two zone A/C with gas heat, two guest outdoor lower decks with grill overlooking outdoor in ground heated pool with diving board & slide, outdoor jacuzzi, trampoline, 10 station ski boot and glove dryer.


Pets, dogs, cats or other pets welcome, up to about 50 pounds. Private large cul-de-sac type backyard for pets to roam around safely; backyard partially fenced in back and on right side front; no backyard neighbor, no backyard right side neighbor, one backyard left side neighbor.



Follow the left driveway to the back of the property and enter the Guest Suite on lower level of the home, white door. Key will be in lock box and lock box communicated in Arrival Guide.
