The separate guest wing is on the opposite end of the home separated by a pocket door, and features two guest rooms, one with queen bed, the other with 2 twin beds (with 2 additional trundle beds if needed for those family visits) and updated guest bath. All bedrooms have their own smart tv.

This home is in a prime location, a short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing, Mallory Country Club, at least two recreation centers with family pools, 1 adult pool, and executive golf courses.

January - March: The months of January through March must be booked as a 3 month rental; otherwise the booking request will not be accepted. The months of December, April and May must be rented for the full month.
