The home has the option to buy Sapphire Valley amenities for 5$ or $25 per week per person. This will give you access to two swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a complete gym, tennis courts, a basketball court, miniature golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake.

No large trucks or work vehicles are allowed at this condo complex.

Parking is restricted to a maximum of 3 vehicles and is strictly enforced.

Guests may access TV streaming services using their own credentials.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
