Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on the property with prior approval and payment of the $150 pet fee. Dogs must be kept on a leash in public spaces at all times. Please clean up after your pet, and use the designated relief area located approximately 100 feet from the parking lot.

Accessibility
The condo is considered a first-floor unit; however, guests must descend five steps from the sidewalk to reach the front door. The property is not handicap accessible. There is no elevator or ramp access available for guest use.

Enjoy a dedicated work-friendly office with printer connectivity and cable hookups for your laptop or computer, along with basic office supplies.

Check-In Process
Check-in is completed in person (before 10 PM) due to key exchange.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
