Immersed in a majestic lenga forest and with open views of the mountain range, this mountain house offers a perfect combination of luxury, nature and adventure. Located in the highest part of the exclusive gated community of Las Pendientes, this property is ideal for those looking for total disconnection, without sacrificing comfort.

Design, spaciousness, and functionality
Distributed over two floors, the house has generous spaces, bright environments and a layout designed for families or groups of up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen and indoor grill, toilet, cold room, exit to a terrace with grill, perfect for enjoying outdoor lunches overlooking the mountain.
It also has a full laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Bedroom with two single beds
Bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
Full bathroom with a towel dryer.

Direct access to adventure

From the door of the house you can put on your skis and directly access the two private slopes of the neighborhood skiing on the trails, approximately 800m:
• A 400 m one with T-bar and magic carpet (ideal for beginners and children)
• Another 750 m longer with a steeper slope and triple chair, designed for intermediate and advanced skiers.

In addition to underfloor heating and Wi-Fi throughout the house, during your stay you have access to:
• Gym
• Barbecue grills (with prior reservation)
• Restaurant with local chef
• Heated pool, Jacuzzi and spa (in season).

Accessibility

• In winter, it is only accessible by 4x4 vehicle with chains. The car must be parked in the main parking lot (250 m away), and entry is by internal transport on snow (at extra cost).
• In summer, spring and autumn, you can drive your vehicle to the door of the house and park next to it.

Guest access
Guests can use all the facilities in the house and additionally a SUM and gym. The pool is not yet enabled, but we hope to have it operational shortly.

Cozy living room with fireplace and TV. With terrace with outdoor grill. Additionally, it has an indoor grill, to make barbecues on the coldest days. Amazing views from the front, kitchen and back. Direct access to a lenga forest for trekking or cross-country skiing.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: One en suite with its own private bathroom and the other two with a shared bathroom. Beautiful views of Cerro Chapelco Grande from the upper hallway.
