The Space:
Inside, Stillwater on Doe was designed to feel connected, comfortable, and unhurried. The open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining space creates an easy gathering place for families and groups. The living room greets you first, furnished with a comfortable sofa and loveseat, while a smart TV rests atop an electric fireplace console for cozy evenings in. The kitchen remains connected to it all with its L-shaped layout and counter-height island seating four—perfect for casual meals, morning coffee, or gathering with friends and family.
Just off the main living area, a set of French doors leads into the sunlit Cove lounge area surrounded by windows on three sides that fills the room with natural light. This relaxing bonus living space functions as a sunroom, lounge, and cozy rec area, with seating for six around the table where morning coffee easily turns into conversation. The space also features a sleeper sofa, extra refrigerator, smart TV, and a cabinet stocked with board games and playing cards for nights when game time stretches later than expected. Outside, the upper deck invites you to grill and dine al fresco while taking in lake views, while the lower-level patio offers comfortable seating and a quiet place to unwind after long lake days —making every moment at Stillwater on Doe feel effortlessly connected to the beauty of the lake.
This home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 private bedrooms plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the Cove lounge area.

• This home allows parking for up to 6 vehicles. Parking is available in the driveway in front of the garage and in the designated gravel parking area directly across the street.
• Onsite trailer parking in the gravel area directly across the street from the house.
• The garage is not available for guest use.
• Private dock with a dedicated 10x23 boat slip available for guest use. The other boat slip will not be available for guest use and will be occupied by the owners' boat during all guest visits.
• Nearby boat launches are at Ha Ha Tonka State Park (14.5 MM of the Niangua arm) or the Larry R Gale Access (1 MM of the Niangua arm).
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras; (1) located on the garage and actively monitoring the street, (2) located near the front door and actively monitoring the exterior front door area, and (3) located on the back of the house and actively monitoring the yard/dock.
• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
o Maximum of 1 dog per stay — dogs under 50 lbs only.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times — excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
o Pets may not be left unattended unless secured in a crate or carrier.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas — any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas — please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws — pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.
