Villa Serenity is situated in centrally in the most desirable quiet location in the South Western part of Cape Corall, at the end of a Cul de Sac. Going out with the boat you will have direct access to the Caloosahatchee River within less than 10min, continuing to the outlying islands lining the Gulf of Mexico with endless beautiful beaches within another 30min
All shops, groceries and some of the top restaurants of the region are within a few minutes short car ride. The Yacht Club of Cape Coral, as well as Tarpoon Bay and several golf courses are in close vicinity

The modern style (chlorine free salt water pool with LED illumination is great for cooling down from the Florida heat, day or night. It is electrically temperature controlled
The large gas barbeque invites you to outdoor cooking with the whole family. An absolute daily must do!

For coffee lovers, a high end Nespresso machine with capsule starter kit (Nespresso Original Line) is available. Depending on the length of your stay, and how many Espresso drinkers are in your party, we recommend you bring with you, or order ahead of time and have delivered to the villa your preferred varietals and the amount you anticipate consuming
For your convenience, high speed internet (WiFi) is available at no charge
Beach chairs and towels are provided. Please always return all items to the house

Along with the house, the rental of a Powerboat (Jetboat) of the extra class, a Chapparal Vortex VRX 243 with 500 HP is possible and recommended in this wonderful boaters area. Villa Serenity is a non smoking house. This includes all types of smoking, vaping, etc. However, smoking is allowed in the outside areas with windows and doors to the house closed. Proper disposal of the various trash items from smoking is requested and greatly appreciated
In consideration of guests with allergies, pets are not allowed in the villa. We do thank you for understanding
